LOGISTIC WAREHOUSE OFFICE is divided into two stages: Stage I – Logistic warehouse – Building 1, comprising: two storage areas – loading and unloading area, two office buildings with domestic and sanitary premises in the building volume serving the installation level with ZP 18 805,36m2 and a total built-up area of 21 474,52m2 and Stage II – Logistic warehouse – Building 2, comprising two storage areas – two office buildings with public and sanitary facilities in the building volume, servicing the installation level with 18 805,36m2 and a total built-up area of 21 474,52m 2; site electric and plumbing networks; Vertical planning and flooring; Support wall; Landscaping.

Stage I was put into operation in 2016, and Stage II in 2018.
