The subject of the investment intention is reconstruction and change of the purpose of a logistics warehouse with offices to an enterprise for filling and packaging of cosmetic products with a logistics warehouse and offices, as well as Reconstruction of an existing substation KTP “Isis-1894”, SO_2453, by equipping a free cell with 630KVA transformer and new LV 1KV cable lines in the existing pipe network.

The site is located in Regulated Land XIV – “for production, storage and trade”, quarter 23, according to the plan of  Gara Elin Pelin village, Municipality of Elin Pelin, Sofia District.
