Construction and Permit for use

Preparation for opening the building site and definition of building line and level of construction
Implementation of continuous Construction Supervision
Organization of permanent control, management and coordination of the activities of all Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers, during the complete realization of the Project until the final completion of the Project and its putting into operation
Conducting regular weekly workshops to implement the operational coordination of the activities of all contractors
Контрол относно пълнотата и правилното съставяне на актовете и протоколите по време на строителството
Изготвяне на окончателен доклад
Изготвяне на технически паспорт
Съставяне на Констативен акт удостоверяващ, че строежът е изпълнен съобразно одобрените Инвестиционни проекти
Провеждане на Приемателна комисия и издаване на Разрешение за Ползване.
